Bill's Distributing may provide in-kind product donations to registered nonprofit organizations within our service areas that align with our community involvement goals and philanthropic focus areas. While we wish we could support every meaningful cause, the high volume of requests means we may not be able to fulfill every application.
Product Donation Criteria
- Bill's Distributing provides product donations only and does not provide staffing, event services, or on-site support.
- While exclusive use of our distributed brands is not required, it is preferred whenever possible.
- Approved donations must be picked up by the requesting organization from a designated Bill's Distributing warehouse or location.
- Donation requests must be submitted at least 30 days before the event date for consideration.
Commitment to Responsibility
As a beverage distribution company, Bill's Distributing is committed to responsible distribution and consumption practices. Because of this commitment, we cannot approve requests involving alcoholic beverages for children's events, school-related activities, youth organizations, athletic teams, sporting events, or similar functions.
Requests that do not meet the above guidelines may be declined.

Each submission is carefully reviewed to ensure it aligns with the values and community standards of Bill's Distributing. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval, but applicants should contact Bill's Distributing 2 weeks prior to the event.
